WINDOW SHOPPING
Once your registration is complete, browse companies that are exhibiting at the career event. Watch and review their content, employer branding videos and job postings to prepare a short list of companies you’d like to approach and discuss with.

APPLY FOR JOBS
If you found a role you are interested in, apply to it via HirePlanner (QR code) so that the HR representative of the employer can easily access your reference when you visit their booth. Sending a resume prior to the event will help increase your chances to land an interview after the career event.

JOIN RECRUITING MALL CAREER EVENT
Join career coaching sessions and/or network, visit, connect and engage with exhibiting companies recruiting in Japan. Discuss with their business representatives, understand their business and services, clarify their hiring needs and sell your skills and passion.

After your event registration is complete, our team will provide you with all the details about your next event and a list of things we recommend you to prepare prior to the main event to make it a rewarding experience.
⚠️ Please remember that the Recruiting Mall will be opened the entire week of the career event day (Between Monday and Friday).
👩🏻💼 Prior to (and after) the main event, you will be able to access all the floors of the Recruiting Mall. You can also visit the booths of the hiring companies to review their job postings and better understand their business, culture and hiring expectations.
